Kuan (Adaptive Noise Smoothing) filter:� Filter that removes speckle from radar images using a minimum mean square error calculation to estimate the value of the true signal for the center cell in the filter window.� The filter then calculates the signal estimate from the local mean and variance and the noise standard deviation.
